We engage with you to discuss your current IT environment and business needs, evaluating via a thorough assessment of your processes and infrastructure, while understanding your pain points. We outline a preliminary solution including how our services address your specific needs, and if your team agrees, we finalize the scope of work and sign necessary paperwork to formalize the partnership.
We arrange for our technician team to visit your location, install and configure our software per the agreed solution, and address any immediate issues or concerns identified during the initial evaluation. Basic training is provided to ensure your team can start using the new system for support.
During the initial two-week period of our software operating within your system, we assess performance and collect data to make educated decisions on best practices moving forward. Analyzing the collected data helps both us and you understand your system and address any major flaws. A follow-up meeting is scheduled two weeks after initial installation to discuss findings and outline future projects and improvements.
Reporting is provided to dedicated representatives in your organization monthly regarding system performance, issues encountered, with resolutions and a summary of your IT state. Meetings are conducted on a quarterly or annual schedule to review progress, address any challenges, and discuss future needs.
